1. How do I register to be MD22 Agent?
To register for MD22 RESELLERS PROGRAM/MD22 AGENT, simply visit www.md22sa.co.za and click on “JOIN MD22”. Proceed to select “create an account” and fill in your personal details. Please note that your password should be at least 8 characters long.
2. How do I change my password?
To change your profile password, click on the ‘AGENT LOGIN’ link. Click on ‘lost password’ and a new page will open where you can select change password, enter the new password and confirm it. Please note that your password should be at least 8 characters long. An example is Password011#.
3. I have been clicking on the link to have my password reset, but I do not get a response?
You may have not registered your account on the website; hence the system does not send you a request confirmation. Register account first.
ORDERS
1. How do I check my order status?
You need to log on to your profile and go to “My Account”. Click on “My Orders”, then click “View” on the order in question. You will then be able to track your order status.
2. I forgot to add few items to my delivery order, is it possible to add more items to a completed placed order?
Unfortunately, not. You will need to place another order.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Delivery Time:
We strive to deliver within 3 days from when your order has been successfully placed and paid for. There are a few exceptions. We are reliant on couriers to deliver our orders outside of main centers.
Please allow for additional time for non-metropolitan and remote areas.
DELIVERY COSTS:
– FREE delivery in main metropolitan areas for orders over R2500.
– Flat Rate R150 per delivery for non-Metropolitan and remote areas.
DELIVERY HOURS:
Depending on your delivery location, should a courier partner be delivering your order, the delivery will take place between 07:00 – 19:00 on business days.
PAYMENTS:
1. I was trying to place an order and the page went blank / crashed after I put my one-time-pin (OTP) in?
It may happen that from time-to-time banking service providers experience technical difficulties on certain payment gateways because of enhancements. As a result you may experience this issue. Please wait a while and try again after an hour.
2. Why can I not pay for my order using PayPal option?
PayPal have been disabled until further notice.
